500kg Demag KBK crane system

Client brief for the system to lift a 1Mtr³ object to with 300mm of the ceiling resulted in us building a customised hoist frame and ultra-low headroom Demag hoist unit, using the modular Demag KBKB system to give a fully powered crane system operated via radio remote control.

Installation was on the fourth floor of a tower block within a city and required everything to be bought up an open lift shaft  with a hoist.
